Eleven years ago, on the turquoise waters of the Bahamas, our story began. We met on a cruise and instantly connected over the ocean, easy laughter, and a shared love of fishing. When the trip ended, we stayed in touch, exchanging messages over the years and keeping up with each other’s lives from afar.

In 2016, we found ourselves together again in Nashville while one of us was graduating from Vanderbilt University and the other was in town for CMA Fest. We spent time catching up over country music, then life carried us in different directions once more.

Nearly a decade later, fate stepped in again. During the 2024 Paris Olympics, the idea of London brought us back together that winter. Under the glow of Christmas lights, we met for dinner and something shifted. That night, we spoke honestly about what we were looking for and realized we had both been waiting for something meaningful.

From that moment on, everything changed. We began choosing each other again and again, turning distance into something intentional. With every visit, our connection deepened and our lives became more intertwined. From attending the Elton John Academy Awards Viewing Party to the elegance of Royal Ascot, from fishing in the Bahamas to meandering the cobblestone streets of Paris, our love blossomed through both adventure and quiet moments together.

What began as a chance meeting at sea became a love story years in the making.
